Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment: Please have your Visa or Mastercard account number available when making reservations. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments.
  2. Check-in: Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled time.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations via email will not be accepted. Please do not leave a voice message. A 48-hour change or cancellation notice is required to issue a refund. Parties of 3 or more require a 50% deposit with a 48-hour change or cancellation notice to avoid a full charge to your credit card.
  4. Refunds: Early departures or unused appointments are non-refundable.
  5. Lost Items: Renee Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  6. Right to Refuse Service: Renee Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  7. Appointment Booking: To schedule an appointment, please call the Spa at (312)-787-2544 or email info@reneedayspa.com. For Saturdays and Sundays, prepayment for services is required online.
  8. Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice.
  9. Cell Phone Usage: Please refrain from using your cell phone at the spa.
  10. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates expire after 1 year.
  11. Coupons: Spa Finder and Spa Week coupons must be redeemed before treatments. They cannot be used for Monthly Specials and Spa Packages.
